No prior experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file individual and/or small business tax returns
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations
• Educate clients on tax benefits, credits, and deductions
• Provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn tax software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous tax or financial experience is a plus (but not required – training provided)
