Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Tax Preparers / Client Support Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with preparing and filing their tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth client experience. No prior experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file individual and/or small business tax returns
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations
- Educate clients on tax benefits, credits, and deductions
- Provide excellent customer service and build trust with clients
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
